Physical Capture. Expanded World.
This study combines physical performance with a digitally created cathedral environment. The live-action plate preserves movement, timing, and human presence while the surrounding architecture expands the scale and atmosphere of the scene.
The work demonstrates a practical division of labor: capture the elements that benefit from direction and physical performance, then use controlled post-production to transform the environment around them.

- Performance and action timing remain anchored in the photographed plate.
- The environment is treated as a shot-specific extension rather than a replacement for the performers.
- Final integration depends on matching perspective, light, contrast, motion, and texture across the composite.
